This app was created by Masataka Hakozaki and distributed for my Patron Supporters.
This privacy policy is inform users regarding the policy on the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for this app.

1. Information Collection and Use

• This app does not collect or record any of your personal information.
• This app retrieves your “public profile” and “pledge” data from the Patreon site to verify you are my Supporter. These data are only used for verification and not collected.

2. Changes to Privacy Policy

• I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is an agreement between Masataka Hakozaki and You for this app.

This app is distributed for the purpose of me asking my Patron Supporters to test it.
Therefore, you may download and test use this app only while you are my Patreon Supporter.

2. Limitations

• Do not distribute, sublicense, sell, transfer, or make available this app.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover or re-create source code.
• Do not extract or re-create resources such as 3D models, images, sounds, shaders from this app.
• Do not modify, adapt, alter, improve or create any derivative works of this app.
• Do not use this app for commercial purposes.

3. Ownership

• This app is licensed to you, not sold.

4. Disclaimers

• This app is provided on an “as is” basis and with all faults and defects without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• In no event shall I be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, or other damages arising out of the use or inability to use this app.

5. Termination

• The providing of this test app is time limited and I may stop providing and using this app at any time.
• I may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, immediately upon notice to you.
• You may terminate this Agreement by deleting your copy of the Application.
• Sections 3 (Ownership), 4 (Disclaimers) and 5 (Termination) will survive any such termination
